How to integrate Copilot with ServiceNow, so that end user can access ServiceNow Stuff in MS. Teams
user can see their incident change status in teams. they can search available KB articles in teams.
please note all end user do not have Copilot License.
but they want to access Servicenow Stuff in Teams through an agent?

To allow access the servicenow data such as incident or knowledge articles, you may think of integrating teams with servicenow's virtual agent, instead of relying solely on copilot. I have given here integrating teams with VA also provided the reference for integration with copilot.
Integrating teams and virtual agent.
Embeds a ServiceNow agent bot in Microsoft Teams, allowing all users (with appropriate access) to:
View and track incidents, requests, changes & Search the ServiceNow knowledge base
Interact for catalog requests and case status.
Enable the ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Teams integration to allow end users to access ticket status, and search KB articles directly from Teams—without needing Copilot licenses.
