Hello Everyone,
We have an existing notification (SLA breach) and we want to integrate it to be sent to Microsoft teams. Can you tell me the step by step procedure on how to do this? I am not good at REST API. Thank you in advance!!!

Hey Diane Miro,
Looks like you've found a possible solution. However, let me suggest an alternative. You could try either Workato or Automate.io to notify via Microsoft Teams about SLA breaches.
See if this helps - https://automate.io/integration/microsoft-teams/servicenow
Here are two of the many possible use cases with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams that can help you -
1. Connect your ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams accounts.
2. Map the fields you want. Here you will select the ServiceNow table about which you want to be notified and type the message you want to send on Teams.
3. Test and go live!
Hope this helps 🙂
