Hello Everyone,
We have an existing notification (SLA breach) and we want to integrate it to be sent to Microsoft teams. Can you tell me the step by step procedure on how to do this? I am not good at REST API. Thank you in advance!!!

Hi Diane,
If you have already created the email notification "SLA breach" then you can specify the recipients on the tab [Who will receive].
There is no relevance between email notification and REST API. 🙂
If there is any misunderstanding please let me know.
Cheers
Henry

Hello Henry,
How can I choose Microsoft teams in the Who will receive? It's not there.

Hi Diane,
Is "Microsoft teams" a user group name or a email alias?
If you have the email address for "Microsoft teams" then you can specify it in the users field.
Click on the padlock icon on the user field then you will see the field with an envelope icon where you can put the email address in.
Cheers
