How to integrate ServiceNow with SAP using SAP ECC RFC Spoke?


Please help me with these questions 🙂

 

1. How to integrate? What methods are there to establish connection (like http or other)?

2. For the data coming from SAP (e.g., Material Groups, Cost Centers), where will be that data land in ServiceNow? Do we have to create custom tables for that data? Or will there be present tables?

3. How to send the data from ServiceNow to SAP? (Data of RITM's submitted for requisition order)

you can utilise the custom action to generate payload from the RITM in flow designer.
