How to Link service portal pages through a link button widget like a Back button

Hi all,

I'm new to creating widgets and I have been trying to figure out a way to make a simple button function that when you click on a button(back button or continue button) you will go to the next page on a Service portal page.

any advice would be greatly appreciated!
