How to list reports included in a dashboard

Hi,

is there a way to display dashboards and the corresponding elements e.g reports that are part of those dashboards ?

I have examined the following tables having information about dashboards, tabs, reports, however I do not see an easy way to display dashboards and corresponding reports.

• pa_dashboards
• pa_tabs
• pa_m2m_dashboard_tabs
• sys_report

That really helped. Thank you !!! I did have another methods also, i can directly search in sys_report table or right click and open the widget in new tab to see the conditions. However, this is overall, i mean it touches all the bases whatever we wanna see in the dashboard is there. So thanks!!

I'm kicking life into this topic again. I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, hopefully I'm just not looking in the right places!

Our client is using dashboards quite heavily, which is working very well for them. We have also encouraged that they use existing reports to the greatest extent possible, rather than recreating identical or nearly identical reports.

What we would need is a list of which reports are being used in which dashboards. The business requirement is that someone may want to make changes/additions to an existing report, and would like to first see which dashboards are utilizing that report, so that they can take that into consideration before making any changes. Is there a way to do this?

Try ........nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_report_list.do

The resulting list will restricted based on your access, but you can filter for reports created by you.

Hi All, can anyone help how to get the information for below:

1. Identification of all reports which are used in Dashboards, as we don't have Performance analytics module?

2. For reports, Last run is visible in report_stats but how to get the Last Run for Dashboards and from which table.
