Hi Biswa,
Go to UI Page of the ess portal where you want to make it visible. Click on the Edit page -> Add Content and bring that category where you want to make it visible.
You can drag and drop. Refer to the below snap.

Hi,
Add the catalog item to a category and ensure the category is available in the catalog and you should be set.

My issue got resolved when I added the catalog item into a catalog and then into a category. But not sure why I'm not seeing the "Available For" and "Not Available For" tabs shown in the second screenshot while editing the catalog item. I'm using UI16 on a Jakarta instance.
