How to make Activity Tab in Service Portal to show and update only additional comments

Hi,

When I create a record from the service portal Im being redirect to page id='ticket'. Under this page i have the OOB Activity Tab. When I add a comment there, it being added to the work_notes instead of additional_comments, how can i change that it will always add only to additional comments from the service portal?

Hi,

If I try the OOB widget, it's not generating work notes, it is generating additional comments.
Have you looked at restoring the widget to the OOB behaviour?

In my instance if I add Comments from ticket page, it goes to comments and not work notes

Seem something wrong at your side or some configuration is made to show work notes instead of comments

Hello @Alon Grod ,

 

I checked this on my instance but OOTB my comment is posting in additional comments only . Have you configured anything in your Standard instance tab widget or any system property related to that page ?
