How to make dot-walked fields always available in Personalize List Columns?

Hi All,

I need to add some dot-walked fields to be always available on the "Available" slush bucket on the "Personalize List Column", so that the non-admin users can select them for the List view if they needed it. PFA, the example image I found from Google. Can you please provide the steps I need to follow to achieve this.

No im afraid its not possible. This falls more of a user training area where you can educate user to do this, maybe on reports.
