How to make Rejection comments mandatory in ( SericeNow Platform ) Not in Service Portal

Hi Team ,

 

We have requirement that when ever approver is going to reject a request it should ask for rejection comments , In Platform.

 

Note - We have already made it in Service Portal , So now we want to implement in platform.

 

Please help me this requirement .

Hi,

Just like Ankur said, this could be done easily with a Business rule.

Whenever you ask a question in the community, it would be nice if you add some text explaining what you have done so far, and what issue you are facing.

 

I've made a simple example below, for you to get started with.

As per new community feature you can mark multiple responses as correct.

you can use before update BR on sysapproval_approver table

what did you start with?
