How to make update on incident to act like a mailbox

Hi,

Lets say that I have 5 members in my assignment group. I want to color the field caller in red in a list view whenever there is an update on the incident that the assignment group is my group. I want that my group members will see it as red in a list view until they go inside the incident. How can I make so that for every group member that went to the incident the incident wont be red anymore but for the other group members that have not gotten inside yet it will still stay red until they will go inside the incident.

I'm not sure this is possible. You may be able to make it red using configure style on one of the fields but I'm note sure they is a way to make that go away just because someone opens the incident. Maybe you could make it go away when it is assigned.
