How to modify homepage overview of service operation workspace

Hi,

 

Im trying to modify the filters and also the reports on how I can change the setup of the overview page of Service Operation Workspace

Hi @Michael Aala 

I'm not sure exactly what you want to change.

You can go to Application Navigation → Service Operations Workspace → Configuration --> Landing page to make the necessary changes.
