how to navigate to create new incident form from service-portal

I have Created a service-portal and i want to navigate to incident form of self-service view without creating service-catalog

In case you need to just display the create new incident form directly on the CMS page using an IFrame, here are steps I follow, modified for your case:

"1) Navigate to Content Management > IFrames

2) Click on the New Button

3) Give it a name (say, create new incident)

4) Change the "sizing" field to "Expand to fit content"

5) in the URL field:   incident.do

6) Click the submit button

7) Navigate to Content Management > Sites (To put this iframe on the service portal)

😎 Click on the service portal site you created

9) Scroll down to view the list of pages associated with the site

10) Either click new or click on an existing page

11) Scroll down the page and click on the "Edit Page" link (if you're creating a new page make sure you give it a name and a url before clicking Edit)

12) In the upper left hand corner click on the "Add content" link

13) In the popup search for your newly created IFrame (create new incident) and select it

14) Click on the "Add Here" dropzone where you want the IFrame to appear on the page (if creating a new page be sure to also add the desired header and footer content blocks)

15) At the top click on "Preview" link. Your form should appear. Make note of the url so that you can make links to it from the other pages in your site"

Hi Spandana ,

Thanks for your response. Now we are migrating to helsinki Service-portal there Re-directing to form page is not available.

So in need of help in that.
