How to onboard a new instance , steps ?

hello All,

 

We are onboarding 2 new ServiceNow instances. 

I see them in HI portal , how to get access to them so that my development team can clone it and configure it for SSO.

Hi there,

 

I assume you mean the ServiceNow Support website? Anyway, on the Automation Store on the ServiceNow Support website, amongst others you can request a password reset for the admin user.

@Servicenow lear Raise a support case with ServiceNow to reset the password of instances for you.

Then your account has not got the appropriate roles to do so. Who in your organisation does?
