How to open a just created knowledge article in an ATF test?

We are adapting a standard ATF knowledge test to our settings (KM: Validate feedback task assignment to the ownership group manager copy)
Creating a new knowledge article is working fine, but we seem unable to open the newly created knowledge article (to be able to give feedback on it)
We are using Employee Center and are on Yokohama.
What are we missing?

I think for that, you need to go to the Portal, search for the article, and then provide feedback.
I believe these are the steps you need to follow.
