Hi All,
We have a requirement to pause the SLA's during christmas holiday period. I'm considiring to add a condition in SLA pause condition as "Created between". is it a correct approch to pause a SLA's during holiday period?

Hi @The Matrix
It will not be this way, when you creating an sla there you get a field calls schedule and if in your schedule you have child schedule configured then it will work. So plz have look in schedule and the child schedule.
Ootb there are schedule available with and without holiday( cmn_schedule)

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG I have created a schedule entry of a holiday in a child schedule of a Schedule. I can verify that in my schedule. I have a question about testing. for now I have added holiday from 21 Nov to 24 Nov. My question is, how do I verify that sla is pausing in this duration, Like does it make sla state as pause or just stops counting business elapsed time.

Yes, correct. It stops the SLA, puts it in pause condition, and you can also see the business elapsed time and breach time, which have also changed.
