How to post comments in knowledge article in service portal using ATF
i followed below steps till click post comment .
Can anyone help me after click post comment how to add comments and submit using ATF

Yes, tried manually, its working fine.
That error is on ATF only means when click component (button Submit) was selected for that its throwing error on screen because whatever comment we are setting using set field value is not taking there on the text area,

you will have to find that Text area using Set Component Values (Custom UI) step and then again search that Submit button using "Click Component (Custom UI)"
Did you try that after step 11?

Check if there are any other duplicate Choices for that Set Component Values, If there then try those.
You can also use ATF Page inspector to verify whether that is possible or not using Custom UI steps.

Hi @Chidanand_VK , sometimes its showing duplicate and tried with all those nothing is working.
For ATF Page Inspector, Its service portal page so its not working for it .
Can you please look on the error I have pasted
