We are implementing certificate management for one of our customer. Certificates are getting discovered and creating renewal task properly, but as customer is new to the environment, he is not sure about how to process the renewal tasks. He is wondering about who should be the approver of renewal task, which team should process renewal task.
Could you please share your process of handling certificate renewal task?
