How to Publish Announcements to HR Agent Workspace

Hi There;

I attempted to publish an announcement, but it was unsuccessful. I might be mistaken about the following:

1) Correct - Announcement Content ID

2) Publish Plan - Location

Can anyone send me some information on this.
