How to read and analyze a HAR file

Do any of you have any experience on utilizing the HAR files to analyze logins to instance?
If that is so, how do you analyze the file?

2) where is this present? is it attached to some record within ServiceNow?

Thanks for the response.
Actually we were asked on how to check on logs when an SSO login fails but upon investigations on logs, there is no SAML response in the logs. What we realize is to look for in the Node log file browser:

I just tried trying to capture a HAR file when I was logging to my PDI just to explore its components, and put it in a HAR analyzer, but I don't know where to start on the analyzation:
For example how do I know where is the unsuccessful login?
How do i look for the transaction ID that i can utilize for looking for in node log file browser for that unsuccessful login?
