Hello Community,
I'd like to put a custom widget button on a 'form' page in Service Portal. Specifically, this widget should only be visible when an user is looking at an RITM and only in case this RITM's State is Closed Complete, Closed Incomplete or Closed Skipped. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to read the data from the RITM in order to make the widget button showing conditionally.
Anyone ever worked on something similar please? How can I retrieve the data from the form?
