I am working on a requirement where approval notification is sent as a WhatsApp notification (integrating ServiceNow with WhatsApp to send the notifications) and the message includes a link to the approval or change request record.
Our requirement is that when the approver clicks the link on their mobile device, it should open the record directly in the Now Agent mobile app instead of web browser.
Could anyone please guide me on how to generate or configure a deep link that opens records directly in the Now Agent mobile app?
Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
