How to redirect to Catalog from UI Action

Hi everyone, Im trying to redirect to the "catalog_home" using the "New" button of the related lists, but Im not sure on how to do this ... Can anyone help ?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG, the related list is the "Resquested Items", the one where we can "Edit" to relate RITM's to the current record. They want the "New" button to go to the "Service Catalog" instead of creating a new record, because there are fields that get their value trough their creation on the "Service Catalog".
