Hi.
We have more then one portal in ServiceNow for our users and they use both. From our intranet site we have links to the different portals but they have started to fail.
We have the 2 following links that we point to.
https://outinstance.service-now.com/sp
https://outinstance.service-now.com/es
If the users have an authorised session they just come to the links but if they end up at our SSO and then they end up at the following: https://outinstance.service-now.com/navpage.do and this sends them to whatever page they have been at last.
How can we get ServiceNow to redirect back to the page they tried to land on once the SSO is completed?
Hope someone has a sollution for this.
