how to redirect to teams group chat via virtual agent chatbot in ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

We have integrated  MS Teams with ServiceNow, now there is a requirement. How to redirect the MS Teams  group chat via virtual agent chat bot when a certain condition met we have to redirect the end user chat to a particular group chat eg: helpdesk team. Can anyone suggest how can we achieve this one

I dont think you can redirect. Instead, you can share a link to the group chat and users can click the link to join the Chat. You can easily get the link from MS teams.

Hello @palanikumar ,

Thanks for your valuable info, I am trying  to share a link to the group chat and users can click the link to join the Chat. For this I opened my teams in browser and I added this entire link in virtual agent topic, but when i am trying to access this link it redirecting to Mail box it's not redirecting a new chat in MS Teams alone . Could you please explore little bit more about this, how can I add group chat link.
