How to reduce the size of popup?

When copying request title to description I get a popup which covers the whole page. I need to reduce the size of the popup like a message box. How can we reduce the size of this popup?

Jakarta Patch 5 was released on November 2, 2017. The Jakarta Patch 5 release contains fixes to problems.
