How to reload catalog form when choice list option change

I have a catalog form where I have a variable with different choice list.

When I change the selection of the choice list, the variables associated with the previously selected choice value still show up on the form. How do I resolve this issue?

Essentially I need to reload the form when the choice selection changes.
