Can you please share the screenshot of rule base of your order guide and also check your item should not mapped with multiple rule bases

Hi @spandana kalla ,

You can open order guide and go to related tab called "Rule base" under which you will see the catalog items that are currently in use. You can remove the items from there.

Please let me know if this works for you and mark helpful if its worked.

Hi @spandana kalla ,

1. Open the order guide from where u want to remove Catalog Item/s.
2. Scroll down to the Rule Base Tab.
3. You should be able to see your Catalog item. Select it & remove it. Please refer below screenhot.

Hi @spandana kalla,

Please find the below step to remove catalog form from order guide,

1. Navigate to order Guide where you want to remove the catalog item 

2. Go to Related List Rule Base 

3. Update or delete the catalog item which you want to remove

1.open the order guide.

2. From rule base select the catalog item you want to delete and click on delete.

3. save the changes.
