I meant tasks, sorry. Wherever you were clicking "email client" and trying to send an email. You said the Cc was already populated, right? That's what this post is about and your initial screenshot.
So now go to Email Client Template and create one for tasks (or the literal table like incident, sc_task, etc.)
And don't put anything for the Cc field. Save it.
Then go back to where you saw the Cc being populated and try again, is it still populated? If not, then you're good.

Hi,
You can remove the email by just...removing the email.
Do you mean, remove it from being populated automatically?
If so, you can go to Email Client > Email Client Configuration (in the left-hand navigation) and set what populates as default.

Hi,
You can go to Email Client Templates and then see if there's one for Incidents, OOB, I don't think there is. If so, you can make one to apply going forward and leave "Cc" blank.
The configuration section I mentioned previously, allows you to further customize the form to perhaps not show certain fields that you'd want to hide. Like a common request is to hide or not show the "reply-to" field. They don't want someone putting a different email address.
