How to remove Invalid Update

How to remove     "Invalid update"     in incident/change form when we submit the form.

can anyone help me

One more in above image last two, how to identify them where exactly they locate and how to remove them,

Hi Ganesh,

Check if you have written any data policy on the incident table/related table to make field mandatory it seems it is happening due to that.
