Hello experts, I have a question, how can I redirect logged in users to the regular servicenow homepage, instead of the SOW workspace?
currently the URL has this:
https://mycompany.service-now.com/now/sow/home
Users are redirected to the SOW homepage but I was requested to set the homepage as the servicenow default homepage:
https://mycompany.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/home.do
Tried modifying the order from the agent workspace settings but did not work, can you guide me on how to proceed?
