How To remove sysid From the Actionable Push notification

Hello Team,

I created an actionable push notification. When I submit a request and the approval is triggered, the notification is sent correctly. However, the sys_id is appearing at the top of the notification, and I'm not sure how to remove it.

@Aparna Gurav

are you sure that sysId is coming because of your configuration?

Is this coming for other push notifications as well?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar : Thanks for the reply,

I'm not sure if this is coming from my existing configuration, but the other notifications seem fine.

@Aparna Gurav

you will have to disable your push notification and see if that still comes?

Did you check whose sysId is that?

Did you try generating approvals again?
