How to remove the small arrow from read only field in the portal

Hi,

I created a new Simple reference field inside the record producer 'create incident' which is read only by dictionary.
How can I remove the small arrow?  what should I put in the attributes?

Try with the attribute  ref_decoration_disabled=true

Hi,

There is no configuration available to hide the arrow.

I believe, this can be achieved by modifying Catalog item widget CSS part. I would recommend not to make this change as it will be a Global change and customisation to OOB widget.
