HOW to rename Dot-walking label in list records Incident?

I'm stuck on changing the Email label Dot-walking Assignment group.Manager.Email

In INCIDENT list records I want to change the 'Email' label to -> 'Email Group' label

I just see it truncated by the system property 'glide.short.labels'.

How can I adjust the column label?
