Navigate to Reports and Create a New Report using new button.
Then select the data source: Choose "task_sla" as the data source. This table contains information about all tasks (including incidents) and their associated SLAs.
apply filter : Task Type: Filter by "incident".
Has Breached: Set this to "true" to only include incidents where the SLA has been breached.
Breach Time (or Created): Filter by the specific month you are interested in (e.g., "Breach Time is between 2024-07-01 and 2024-07-31" for July 2024).
Group the report by the "has breached" field. This will show you a count of incidents where the SLA was breached and where it was not breached.
Save the report and you can add it to the dashboard.
