Hi gurus,
I'm new to indicators and performance analytics, what I'm trying to do is report on two analytics..'Average Close Time of requested items' and 'Average Incident Resolution Time'.
Is it possible to include these in a report? If not how else can I report on these?

Hello @drslry2
you can implement by report and PA both . if you want to use the report you can use the matric table to get the average close time for the RITM and Average Incident Resolution Time .If you want to implement by PA(License Required for the Pro) you can use it please the below article for this

Hi @drslry2 ,
If you have created the two formula indicators (i guess you have since you have average), then you need to add them to a widget whereafter the widget can ne included in a dashboard.

Thank you for your help..I see that two widgets exist for the indicators that I need however when I go to add them to a new dashboard they do not appear in the dropdown? Any idea why this could be?
