How to resolve Error -" Access denied to create new email" in flow designer

Hello everyone,

I have a flow created that uses "Send Email" action. It has been working fine for who have a admin access. But for others it is not working and flow start to fail at Send Email step with error "Access denied to create new email".

Any help with the issue and potential resolution is much appreciated.

Hi @shareef_223 

 

Can you please check if you have configured the flow to run as System User or not ? You can do it by navigating to the flow properties and checking the value of Run As field. Refer below screenshot :
