How to restart a playbook activity in Agent Workspace?

Hey Everyone, 

I have a quick question regarding the playbook for CSM.

I am super new to the CSM playbook. 

How would you restart a playbook activity. I have a requirement to reopen a previous case task if a current case task is marked as incomplete. I can set the state to open for the previous case task, but the playbook task inside the playbook won't reopen. 

 

How can I configure this?

Hi

the playbooks and the underlying Process Automation Designer are intended to be executed straight forward and to the best of my knowledge there is no way to go back or restart any previous activity again.
