How to restrict users to Employee Center Portal

We have a need where we want a part of our userbase to use SN only through the Employee Center Portal i.e. these users should not be able to navigate out of the Employee Center Portal ex they should not be able to navigate to the classic UI etc. Does anyone have suggestions for a possible solution(s)? These users can be identified by having a particular role in the SN platform.

Why you would want to restrict the users so hard? A solution would be hide / restrict applications and modules to only specific users and exclude than those you want them to use EC. Placing a welcome page with the explanation that the users should use EC should be sufficient. Sometime "education" works as well.

Thanks Kostya. My understanding is this requirement is driven by a compliance mandate.
