How to return virtual agent knowledge articles and change greetings?

Hi.
I have a question about my virtual agent.
Please understand that I use a translator because I am Korean.

 

I want to change the English greeting to Korean in box 1.
It is assumed that there is a message within a particular variable.
How can I change English to Korean?

Default chat experience → Greeting → Dynamic Greeting Topic
I have used this setup topic.

 

Box 2, if I tell VA, I wonder how to make sure that the knowledge article is returned immediately.
I found an answer to find a search knowledge topic, but I don't have it.
How can I get the knowledge article to be returned as soon as I ask the question?
