How to schedule a report for multiple users

Hello everyone 

I want to schedule a report and total no of receivers are around 400. How can i select all these users to send the report.

pls help

Hi @Maddysunil,

The easiest way would be creating a group with all the recipients and adding this group to the scheduled report.

If you have all the names or emails of these recipients, you can create a group and add them in bulk by using 'email is one of' or 'name is one of' while adding the recipients.

@Maddysunil,

We can add the users manually which you will be already aware of, adding the group as mentioned above is suggested and I can't think of any other ways at the moment.
