Hi ServiceNow Community Developers,
I have a quick question guys, I used to know this but now I can't, for the life of me, see where its done in the system. I just joined a new company (still nervous) and they are on Eureka, we were still in Dublin in my previous shop. I noticed that their lists are all configured to display only 20 records per page but I would prefer mine to show 100 records per page, list just like I used to do in my previous shop. I thought that I could just go to user preferences to do that kind of change however I don't seem to find where I can make that change. Please advise.
Thanks,
Johannes

To set it for you, you can go to any list of records, click on the table name > Show > 100 rows per page and it will set your list default on all lists in the system.

I have the same question but it looks like the option for 100 rows per page is not longer available on the Orlando version. I'm specifically asking for the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application. Please advise, is there a way to put back and be able to select the 100 rows per page on the List view?

Hey Mary Ann Bautista,
Just try this Goto --> System Properties --> Ui Properties and Search for Items per page
and Find Items per page
Here mention the number of records you want to see in the list separated by a comma.
And save.
Thanks!
Mark my answer correct if it helps you.
