How to send emails to multiple users with multiple conditions

Hi Team,

I want to sent email.

My requirement:

If (Incident Assignment group == configuration item Support Group){

if(Primary User != ""){

send email to primary user.

}

if(Secondary User != ""){

send email to Secondary User.

}

if(Primary User == "" && Secondary User == ""){

send email to Support Group.

}else{

send email to incident Assignment group

}

 

Help on the Notification Email Script

Best is to via Flow and put the conditions.
