how to send notification to a distribution list?

I'm trying to send a Notification to a distribution list but there is no "email addresses" field like there is on scheduled reports. The "Enter email address" field under Users does not work. Any idea how to do this? Thank you!

once you add email you will have to hit enter to add it to list.
