How to set - Incident - description on portal servicenow

Hi Team,
Good morning!

How to set the incident - description on portal?

for example: I filled in all values like Short description,  Please describe your issue below, and after the form is submitted I want to populate the description details on the form

Hi @Alex78 ,

 

Do you want to set description automatically on incident once it is created? or do you have any specific value of description when it is created ?

On insert of record in incident table you can set the value of description using business rule.
