Hello,
In the Catalog Item view we have an option as Delivery Time whcih we want to set as 10 days where to update this, within the Catalog item i given the Delivery time but it is not displaying.
In the Catalog item i updated as 10 days

Thanks. But so then why do those "Delivery time" fields even EXIST on the Catalog Item?
And what if your Catalog Item is associated with a FLOW and not a workflow?

if you are using a FLOW, you can updated the RITM Delivery date field with the data from that field. Then it shows to the user when they can expect this to be delivered.

I don't see a field on the Request Item form called "Delivery date"?
I can update what? Where? How?
Could you possibly give an example, or point me to some documentation explaining this?
