How to set up an email notification alert for New P1/P2 Incident ticket creation ... !

I would like a alert email generated and send to specific set of users / groups only when a new P1 or P2 alert generates and assigned to the number of groups i specify, can this be done, or does any one have the info? Could you please guide / educate me on how to start, i would have to pass this to my Snow team at my workplace so they could test this further. Please assist.

Thanks for the update.   I gave it a try and need few clarifications, Currently this is on my PDI, how would i check if the email is being received ? since the dummy data @example.com doesn't have a mailbox. Also if i create a new user with Gmail as an email for it, will it send a notification ?



Lets say at my work place, if i get access to the DEV instance and set this up as per the link provided, System Notification -> Email Notification. Is this the place where it should normally be ?
