How to set user criteria for standard change template list

Currently anyone can create a standard change from available templates. I want it to restricted to only allow members of the template owner group to create changes from templates.

Members of template owner group can create standard changes from template.Non-members of template owner group are not able to create standard changes from template and view from the list.

Please help me how to set the user criteria for this scenario.

Hi, First you need to go Catalog table by typing, maintain item in left navigation. Search for you standard catalog by name, open it and see if, available for and not available for related list is available. If not the, you must add by right click on top header - configure - related list. Now you can add your user criteria. Hi Rahul,

change managers has the ability to create new standard templates, but they don't have access to create/map user criteria to standard change templates. Please think of a solution that works for existing templates and new templates.

Hi, When I suggested, user criteria I meant to say this setting would be done by administrator not by managers. User criteria will work for me and existing both.
