You can create a variable for same but there is no field on catalog item by name urgency. What is your use case here?

Thank you so much for your response.
Use Case: -
I am using service catalog, over which I want to set up the value of "Urgency" field which is in the sc_request table. I want to set up the value of this field while user is using Service Portal. So that whenever any user goes in to place a request they can set the Urgency level for the request asset.
I thank you in advance for your time and help.

@Shubham_1120131
So what you can do create a variable and map the variable to existing field in sc_request so that all the choice value for the urgency field will be seen when user is submitting request from portal,
Please accept the solution /mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.
