How to setup the "Urgency" field in sc_request from Service Catalog.

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to setup the value of "urgency" field in the sc_request, but I am unable to find a way of doing that using the Service Portal.
Please advice me how can I setup the value for the "Urgency" field using Service portal.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG,
Thank you for sharing your response with me. I am sharing the image OOTB field in the sc_request table of which I want to set the value using the Service Portal. Please advice me how I can achieve it.

Is this field on form, is OOTB? Sorry replying from mobile, so no able to login to instance to cheeck.
If OOTB, then you can map this to variable, in catalog item variable side.
